Aram Shorvoghlian
Co-Founder
Aram is a real estate professional with expertise in acquisitions, asset management, and development across multi-family and office sectors. He has held roles at various private equity firms and contributed to major projects at CIM Group, Inc. and Shore Properties and Development. Mr. Shorvoghlian earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and Construction Engineering from Cal Poly Pomona.

Founder
Souren founded Shore Properties and Development in 1982, bringing with him valuable experience from his time at the Ralph Parsons Company. His background in engineering and project management inspired him to establish the firm in Glendale, California, where it has grown into a respected name in real estate development. Mr. Shorvoghlian earned his bachelor’s degree from Wayne State University.
